Aiel
The Aiel are a race of humans who are desert warrior tribes. Since right before Tarmon Gaidin, or the Last Battle, they have been more common in other lands. They are skilled warriors and fighters, and have their own unique caster class called "Wise Ones". Wise ones are predominantly female, but since the taint has been removed from saidin, male casters are more common.
There are thirteen Aiel clans. The Jenn Aiel are no longer a tribe, and the Shaido are very weak after being mostly destroyed in several battles before Tarmon Gaidin.

The Kin
The Kin are a group of female casters who have generally been thrown out of the White Tower, left the Tower, or retired from the Tower. In the past, they were a secret society, in fear of being found out by the Aes Sedai, but when Egwene al'Vere realized that unbound casters lived for much longer than Aes Sedai, she instituted a retirement program for Aes Sedai to retire and live out much longer lives.
